Clara's house has just been renovated. It is furnished with care and set up with the intention of offering our guests the base to spend a beautiful stay in one of the most beautiful and visited cities in the world. The apartment, structured to accommodate 2 couples or a family of 4, is located on the fourth floor of a prestigious building, equipped with an elevator.

Located in the heart of the historic Balduina neighborhood! Only a 15-minute walk from the Vatican, our property offers a central location and convenient public transportation connections: the Cipro metro stop (line A) is only 10 minutes away, while the 990 and 913 bus lines are within walking distance. In addition, the Appiano train stop (FL3 line) is only 2 minutes away. Enjoy the car, bicycle, and electric scooter sharing services available in the area, and you will easily find parking in just 5-10 minutes. Paid parking is also available 200 meters away. Gemelli Hospital is a ten-minute walk away, following a pleasant bicycle path.

Nice alternative not in the usual neighborhoods

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Two rooms (one smaller but x few nights is fine) and two bathrooms + kitchen. Quiet residential neighborhood.

Perfect stay.

Very nice owners who made us feel at home. Very conveniently located facility. You can reach the center either by Metro A which is exactly a quarter hour walk away or reachable by buses that run very frequently. Very clean and spacious apartment. Very quiet area indeed

Beautiful

The place is as seen in the photos and even better, it is comfortable and very nice. The value for money is excellent and the hosts kept in touch with us for anything we needed, the treatment was kind and friendly. The only detail I find is that you have to walk for about 10 minutes from the metro to get to the apartment, if you are not in a hurry you can wait for the bus that passes down a street and drops you off in the center of Rome as it can take up to 20 minutes to get there.

Andrea's communication was thorough and respectful. She answered all my questions and helped me clarify some of the unclear details of our stay. She also accepted our request for early check-in since we had arrived in the morning. The unit is nice and cool in the summer heat and the overall accommodations are suitable. Breakfast could be improved for the price you pay. The location is not in the city center, but it is close to Vatican City. We would have liked it if our accommodations had been cooled during our stay and extra blankets and comforters would have been appreciated for all four of us. My family enjoyed staying in this accommodation and we would recommend it to other guests interested in staying in Rome.
